With this, the film’s three-day domestic net collection has reached Rs 81.75 crore.
Although the film witnessed a marginal decline in collections on the third day compared with the second day, its overall performance has put it on course to enter the Rs 100-crore club soon.
The film has also delivered an encouraging performance in overseas markets. After collecting around Rs 4 crore internationally on its third day, its overseas earnings have reached Rs 12 crore.
The sequel to Emraan Hashmi’s 2007 film ‘Awarapan’ has been receiving a positive response from audiences. Following the film’s strong performance, the makers have also announced a third instalment, signalling plans to take forward Shivam Pandit’s story.
