
Prayagraj, 16 Aug (HS): On the eve of the 80th Independence
Day Air Force Station Bamrauli, under the aegis of Headquarters Central Air
Command hosted a memorable musical evening by the No. 4 Air Force Band at the
historic Chandrashekhar Azad Park in Prayagraj The performance drew a large and
enthusiastic gathering of citizens from across the city.
The occasion was graced by the presence of Air Marshal Tarun
Chaudhry, AVSM, VSM. Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Central Air Command as
the Chief Guest. Upholding the Indian Air Force's enduring tradition of
engaging the nation through music, the No. 4 Air Force Band delivered an
accomplished repertoire. It featured patriotic melodies, military compositions,
classical pieces and popular instrumental numbers. Rendered with impeccable precision
and artistic excellence, the performance evoked profound national pride and was
met with sustained applause from the audience.
The programme reinforced the vital bond between the Defence
Forces and the civil community, heightened public awareness of the Indian Air
Force's traditions and values and inspired the youth with the spirit of unity
