Rohit Pawar levelled serious allegations related to recruitment of teachers by

Savitribai Phule Pune University. He alleged that the ‘rate’ for the appointment

is Rs 1 crore. The private colleges are charging Rs 50 lakh to Rs 60 lakh.

(Sharad Pawar) was talking to students and their parents in connection with the

recent paper leakages, in Pune. He alleged ATR/APR marks are also manipulated.

During the interviews candidates close to the

university administration or ruling political leaders are favoured for higher

marks.

Pawar said that the selection process in not

transparent and demanded high level enquiry into the entire selection

procedure.
