Gorakhpur, 10 August (H.S.): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister

Yogi Adityanath arrived in Gorakhpur on Sunday evening. After spending the

night at the Gorakhnath Temple, he met with people during the Janta Darshan on

Monday morning. He listened attentively to everyone who had arrived with their

problems. He took their applications and said cordially, Don't worry,

your problem will definitely be resolved. During the Janta Darshan, the

Chief Minister instructed the officials present nearby to pay sensitive

attention to the problems of every affected person and ensure their quick,

quality, and transparent resolution.

During the Janta Darshan held in front of Mahant

Digvijaynath Smriti Bhawan of Gorakhnath Temple premises on Monday morning, the

Chief Minister listened to the problems of about 200 people and directed the

officials to resolve them. The Chief Minister himself went to the people seated

on chairs. With a sense of belonging, he listened to everyone's problems one by

one, asking 'where have you come from, what's the matter'. He assured that he

will ensure the solution of everyone's problems. There is no need for anyone to

worry or panic. While handing over the applications to the officials, he

directed that the resolution of every problem should be timely, quality based

and satisfactory. He directed strict legal action on the complaint of land

grabbing by some people.

Adequate financial assistance will be provided for treatment

of serious diseases: Many people came to Janta Darshan requesting financial

assistance for the treatment of serious illnesses. The Chief Minister assured

them that lack of funds would not hinder treatment. The government would

provide adequate financial assistance. He directed officials to complete the

hospital estimate process quickly and submit it to the government. Funds for

treatment would be provided from the Chief Minister's Discretionary Fund.

CM Yogi did cow service in the cowshed of the temple. During

his visit to the Gorakhnath Temple on Monday morning, the Chief Minister's

routine remained traditional. After offering prayers to Guru Gorakhnath, the

incarnation of Shiva, and bowing before the statue of his guru, the late Mahant

Avaidyanath, he began a tour of the temple complex. He visited the temple's

cowshed and performed cow service. At the cowshed, Yogi pampered the cattle and

fed them jaggery with his own hands.
