
Guwahati, 01 August (HS): The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Assam Pradesh on Saturday unveiled the eighth edition of the tenth annual volume of its official mouthpiece, BJP Barta, at the party's state headquarters, Atal Bihari Vajpayee Bhawan in Basistha, Guwahati.
The publication was released by Assam Minister for Animal Husbandry and Veterinary, Fisheries and Public Enterprises, Nilima Devi, who also serves as the President of the BJP Assam Pradesh Mahila Morcha. BJP Assam Pradesh Vice-President Manoj Baruah and State Secretary Mahesh Deuri were also present at the event.
Speaking on the occasion, Nilima Devi described BJP Barta as an important intellectual platform that enables party workers to engage in ideological discussions and stay informed about contemporary socio-political developments. She said the publication reflects the party's vision, achievements and organisational activities while inspiring and educating karyakartas across the state.
