Mirzapur, 09 July (HS): Bharatiya Janata Party state

president Pankaj Chaudhary arrived in Vindhyachal on Thursday and performed the

ceremonial darshan and puja of Maa Vindhyavasini and prayed for the happiness

and prosperity of the people of the state. After the darshan, he held a meeting

with party officials and public representatives to discuss organizational

activities.

The state president arrived at the temple via the Trishakti

Path at around 10 a.m. He stayed briefly at Hotel Ratnakar before entering the

sanctum sanctorum with worship materials and offering prayers to Goddess

Vindhyavasini. A large number of BJP officials and workers accompanied him.

Speaking to reporters, Pankaj Chaudhary said that it was his

good fortune to pay obeisance to Mother Vindhyavasini. He prayed to the Mother

Goddess for the happiness, prosperity, and well-being of the people of the

country and the state. He said that since becoming the state president, he has

been visiting all the districts, meeting with workers, listening to their

concerns, and striving to further strengthen the organization.

Regarding the 2027 assembly elections, he said that the

Bharatiya Janata Party remains active among the public and its workers

throughout the year. Party workers even performed service work during the

COVID-19 pandemic. A strategy is formulated when elections approach, and the

BJP will form the government with a landslide majority in 2027 as well.

During this, BJP regional president Dilip Singh, district

president Lal Bahadur Saroj, city MLA Ratnakar Mishra, Majhawan MLA Shuchismita

Maurya, Chunar MLA Anurag Singh, Madihan MLA Ramashankar Singh Patel, Municipal

Council President Shyam Sundar Kesari, former Municipal Council President Manoj

Jaiswal, Alankar Jaiswal and a large number of BJP officials and workers were

present.
