
Lucknow, 05 July (HS): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National
President Nitin Nabin held an introductory meeting with former state presidents
of the party at the state BJP headquarters on Sunday, the second day of his
visit to Lucknow. In addition to State BJP President Pankaj Chaudhary, Deputy
Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya, Water Power Minister Swatantra Dev Singh,
Agriculture Minister Surya Pratap Shahi, Minister Bhupendra Chaudhary, Rajya
Sabha MP Laxmikant Vajpayee, and former State President Ramapati Ram Tripathi
were present at the meeting. Following this, BJP President Nitin Nabin held a
meeting with leaders of BJP's allies.
Among the leaders of the allied parties were Trilok Tyagi of
the RLD, Sanjay Nishad, President of the Nishad Party, Om Prakash Rajbhar,
President of the SBSP, and Ashish Patel of the Apna Dal. The BJP President
listened to all the leaders and assured them that only winning candidates would
be fielded in the elections.
After this, BJP President Nitin Naveen met the officials of
Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh at the Vishwa Samvad Kendra in Jiyamau. In the
meeting held in the presence of BJP's National General Secretary Organization
