
New Delhi, 27 July (H.S.): Domestic bullion markets witnessed a marginal decline during early trading on Monday, with both gold and silver prices easing slightly across major cities. Following the dip, 24-carat gold was trading between ₹144,920 and ₹145,080 per 10 grams in most bullion markets across the country, while 22-carat gold was priced between ₹132,840 and ₹132,990 per 10 grams. Silver also registered mild weakness, with the metal trading at ₹239,900 per kilogram in the Delhi bullion market.
In the national capital, 24-carat gold was trading at ₹145,070 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was priced at ₹132,990 per 10 grams. In the country's financial capital, Mumbai, 24-carat gold was selling at ₹144,920 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at ₹132,840 per 10 grams. Similarly, in Ahmedabad, the retail price of 24-carat gold stood at ₹144,970 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was priced at ₹132,890 per 10 grams.
Among other major cities, Chennai recorded the highest retail price, with 24-carat gold trading at ₹145,080 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at ₹132,990 per 10 grams. In Kolkata, 24-carat gold was available at ₹144,920 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was trading at ₹132,840 per 10 grams. In Bhopal, 24-carat gold was priced at ₹144,970 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at ₹132,890 per 10 grams.
In Jaipur, 24-carat gold was trading at ₹145,070 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold stood at ₹132,990 per 10 grams. In Patna, the price of 24-carat gold was ₹144,970 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold ₹132,890 per 10 grams. The bullion market in Lucknow quoted 24-carat gold at ₹145,070 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at ₹132,990 per 10 grams.
A similar trend of marginal weakness was observed in the bullion markets of Karnataka, Telangana and Odisha. In the capitals of these three states—Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Bhubaneswar—24-carat gold was trading at ₹144,920 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was priced at ₹132,840 per 10 grams. Silver prices also remained under slight pressure, reflecting the subdued sentiment in the domestic precious metals market.
