MOSCOW, July 22 (HS/RIA Novosti) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Wednesday that his meeting with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has been agreed and is scheduled for July 23.

A meeting is not possible, it has already been agreed. We met with Marco Rubio briefly at a reception yesterday, and we confirmed that it will take place tomorrow [Thursday] in the morning. I hope that we will have the opportunity to inform you about our impressions in some way, Lavrov said at a press conference following the Russia-ASEAN ministerial meeting.

Lavrov added that he will ask Rubio about the position that the United States has now taken on the settlement in Ukraine.
