Pune, 17 July
(HS): The magisterial custody of main accused in the Lohgadh killing of Ketan
Agrawal, Siya Goel and Chetan Choudhari, has been increased up to July 29.
Police
investigation into the deleted mobile data and web history brought to the fore
many shocking details.
According to
police findings, Siya and Chetan had planned to save themselves from the
murder. According to the plan, Ketan was to be pushed from Lohgadh and project
it to be an accident. Prior to execution of their plan they had watched a
Japanese video of two hours duration. If arrested, both had planned to to face
enquiry, including misleading the enquiry authorities. The lessons were learnt
from the Japanse video.
Both had planned
to induce slow poisoning attempt over Ketan, which failed due to
non-availability the required poison.
The enquiry
officers visited popular Khaturam Temple in Rajasthan and verified CCTV footage.
Siya and Chetan are suspected to have secretly married at the temple. WhatsApp
chat lead to suspicion the both married about four months before the Lohgad
incident. Their marriage prior to killing of Ketan was not confirmed.
