Guwahati, 14 July (HS): Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma said that safeguarding the future of the state's younger generation is the government's responsibility. Reviewing the implementation of the Nijut Moina and Nijut Babu schemes last night, he held a meeting with the Education Department to ensure their effective execution.

The Chief Minister said the two flagship schemes are aimed at securing the future of students and emphasized that all eligible beneficiaries must receive the intended benefits without any hurdles. He reiterated the government's commitment to ensuring that every deserving student is covered under the schemes.-----------
