MOSCOW, June 8 (HS/RIA Novosti) - Bangladeshi Foreign Minister Khalilur Rahman will meet with Russian state nuclear corporation Rosatom CEO Alexey Likhachev on Monday, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said.

The largest joint project is the construction of the Rooppur nuclear power plant. On April 28, a ceremony was held to mark the physical launch of its first power unit. Rosatom Director General Alexey Likhachev was present there. The minister will have a separate meeting with him today, Lavrov said following talks with his Bangladeshi counterpart.

The minister added that energy remains a key area of cooperation between the two countries.
