
NEW DELHI, June 4 (H.S.): A two-member delegation of the International Cricket Council (International Cricket Council) recently visited Bangladesh to review recent developments related to administrative and electoral matters concerning the Bangladesh Cricket Board.
The purpose of the visit was to assess recent developments linked to governance and election-related issues within the Bangladesh Cricket Board.
The delegation included ICC Board Director Dr. Mohammed A.S. Moosajee (Cricket South Africa) and Tavengwa Mukuhlani (Zimbabwe Cricket). During the visit, the panel held meetings with various stakeholders to evaluate the situation on the ground. The ICC stated that the delegation will submit its report and observations to the ICC Board in due course.
The ICC further clarified that no public or media comments will be issued by the delegation on the matter. It also stated that media reports, discussions, or claims circulating in connection with the visit are speculative and should not be considered as the official position of the ICC.
