MOSCOW, June 26 (HS/RIA Novosti) - Russian state space corporation Roscosmos has proposed to start flights of spacecraft with a nuclear installation after 2036, according to the draft presidential decree on the fundamentals of state policy in the field of space activities, published on the federal portal of draft regulatory legal acts on Friday.

The implementation of the state policy in the field of space activities provides for the concentration of resources on key areas and projects that ensure technological leadership, technological sovereignty, security, economic efficiency and long-term development of Russia, which include: ... after 2036: ... creation and launching into outer space of vehicles using a nuclear installation, the draft document read.

Roscosmos has also proposed to search for and develop resources of the Moon and asteroids after 2036, the document read.
