India's impressive run at the ISSF Junior World Championship in Suhl, Germany, continued as the Indian shooters added three more medals to their tally, further strengthening their lead at the top of the medals table.
Shiva Narwal delivered an outstanding performance to win the silver medal in the 10m Air Pistol Junior Men's event. In the same competition, Yug Pratap Singh Rathore produced an excellent display of shooting to secure the bronze medal, giving India a double podium finish in the event.
The Indian contingent also excelled in the team competition. The trio of Shiva Narwal, Sandeep Bishnoi, and Chirag Sharma combined brilliantly to claim the silver medal in the 10m Air Pistol Junior Men's Team event.
With these three additional medals, India's overall tally has risen to 15, comprising five gold, three silver, and seven bronze medals. The Indian team has maintained its remarkable consistency in both individual and team events, enabling the country to retain the top position in the championship's medals table.
