
New Delhi, 18 June (H.S.): IndiGo on Thursday launched a new airport transfer service, 'Cabs with IndiGo', offering seamless ground transportation for air travellers across all cities in India. The service is integrated with the IndiGo BluChip loyalty programme and enables passengers to reserve cabs for Rs 49 while offering a 100 per cent confirmed ride, no surge pricing, free cancellation, and 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
The airline said that, as part of its commitment to delivering a hassle-free travel experience, it has introduced 'Cabs with IndiGo' as a dedicated airport transfer service designed to provide reliable, timely, and stress-free connectivity to and from airports across the country.
Integrated with the airline's IndiGo BluChip loyalty programme, the service allows members to earn five IndiGo BluChip points for every Rs 100 spent on 'Cabs with IndiGo'. The initiative is aimed at helping customers accumulate reward points more quickly while making the overall travel experience more rewarding.
Neetan Chopra, Chief Digital and Information Officer at IndiGo, said the airline's focus extends well beyond operating flights and is centred on building a seamless end-to-end travel ecosystem that customers can trust.
He said the launch of 'Cabs with IndiGo' reinforces this vision by ensuring that every stage of a passenger's journey—from home to the airport and from the airport to the final destination—is smooth, reliable, and stress-free.
Chopra added that as IndiGo continues to expand and strengthen its travel services, the new offering further reinforces the airline's commitment to providing customers with a consistent, convenient, and hassle-free travel experience. 'Cabs with IndiGo' is now available for booking through the IndiGo website and mobile application.
