
NEW YORK, June 13 (HS/RIA Novosti) - American corporation Lockheed Martin has received a $2.293 billion contract to service F-35 Lightning II fighter jets, according to a Pentagon statement.
Lockheed Martin Corp., Fort Worth, Texas, is awarded a $2,293,000,000 cost-plus-incentive-fee indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the statement said.
The contract envisions work and services to maintain F-35 operations. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas, and Orlando, Florida. Completion is scheduled for December 2028.
