New Delhi, June 1 (H.S.): Abhijeet Dipke, who operates a social media platform under the name “Cockroach Janata Party (CJP),” has announced that he will return to India on June 6 and stage a protest against Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

In a video shared on Monday through the X account “Cockroach Is Back,” Maharashtra-born Abhijeet Dipke, currently residing in Boston, United States, said that he would return to India on the morning of Saturday, June 6, and hold a peaceful demonstration at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi, demanding the resignation of the Education Minister.

Dipke stated that he had decided to return to India because repeated examination paper leaks had allegedly led to severe distress among students. He claimed that incidents related to examination irregularities had resulted in student suicides and had undermined the hard work of millions of candidates, for which he believes the Education Minister should take responsibility and resign.

Dipke further claimed that a petition related to the issue had received signatures from approximately 800,000 students and that protests were taking place across the country. However, according to him, the government has not yet taken any concrete action to address the concerns raised by students.

Highlighting the scale of the issue, he said that more than one crore students were affected, citing approximately 2.2 million NEET aspirants, 1.7 million CBSE students, 1.6 million CUET candidates, and 1.6 million SSC GD candidates. He alleged that the future of these students was at risk due to recurring examination-related controversies and disruptions.

Dipke appealed to his supporters to welcome him at Delhi Airport on June 6 and collectively seek permission from the Parliament Street Police Station to organize a peaceful protest at Jantar Mantar.

The CJP founder said that the time had come for students to unite peacefully and constitutionally to demand accountability. He urged students to raise their voices through democratic means and reiterated his demand for the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. He also asserted that ongoing examination controversies and administrative disruptions had caused significant anxiety among students across the country.
