New Delhi, June 1 (H.S.): The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has postponed the launch of its online portal for marks verification and answer-sheet re-evaluation, which was scheduled to go live on Monday.
In a post on its official X account, CBSE stated that the online portal for Class 10 and Class 12 students will be activated shortly. An official notification regarding the revised launch date is expected to be issued soon on the board’s main website.
Earlier, the portal was scheduled to become operational on May 26, but due to technical issues, the deadline was extended to June 1. However, the portal could not be launched today either because of other undisclosed reasons.
It is noteworthy that CBSE provides students dissatisfied with their board examination results an opportunity to have their answer scripts reviewed through a structured three-stage process. The first stage involves verification of marks, the second stage allows students to obtain a photocopy of their evaluated answer sheets, and the third stage involves re-evaluation of answers.
