Mumbai, 04 May (HS): The victory in West

Bengal is not limited to the state, but of all nationalist people in the

country. The victory is against the infiltrators and of unity, and soverignity

of India, said Maharashtra Chief Minister while celebrating the historical victory.

The victory is dedicated to the BJP workers who lost lives during Mamta Banerjee’s

regime, he added.

BJP workers celebrated victory in West

Bengal, Assam and Puducherry at the party office in Mumbai. Besides Fadnavis,

Rural Development Minister Jaykumar Gore, Skill Development Minister Mangal

Prabhat Lodha, Fisheries Minister Nitesh Rane, Mumbai’s Mayor Nitu Nagpure, BJP

Regional General Secretary MLA Yogesh Sagar and Madhavi Naik, Regional Unit President

of Women’s Wing Chitra Wagh, Spokesperson Navnath Ban were present.

After 30 years of Congress rule, 24 years

of Communist Party and later 15 years of TMC West Bengal could not get even

half per cent of foreign investment, 6,000 industries moved away from the

state. Following Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke of his vision for development

of the state, the voters preferred the positive change, Fadnavis said.

The party’s Chanakya Amit Shah handled the

situation with the help of the party workers to stop infiltration, and

terrorism to bring about the change desired by the people of West Bengal. The

example was set in Assam, he said.

With the victory BJP-led National

Democratic Front is ruling over 78 per cent of the country. Referring to victory

of Congress in Kerala he expressed hope that Mamta Didi will talk of

manipulation in EVM in West Bengal only and not in Kerala.

BJP leaders and workers enjoyed Bengal’s

popular snack ‘Zalmuri’ on the occasion. Zalmuri became popular across India

following Narendra Modi enjoying it in Bengal during the election campaign.
