Lucknow,

04 May (HS): In a program organized in Lucknow for the distribution of

appointment letters to newly selected auditors for the Cooperative Societies

and Panchayat Audit Department and Local Fund Audit Department, Chief Minister

Yogi Adityanath said, “before 2017, every paper in the state was leaked, and the

remaining task conducted by uncles and nephews. Now, candidates are being given

jobs based on merit.”

Chief

Minister Yogi Adityanath said that before 2017, every paper was leaked, but now

a strong system has been put in place to effectively prevent such occurences.

Pointing to the Finance Minister, he said that many candidates from

Shahjahanpur have been selected. The Finance Minister is from there, but he

does not know who is being selected. Chief Minister Yogi was addressing the

appointment letter distribution ceremony for the newly selected auditors for

the Cooperative Societies and Panchayat Audit Department and the newly selected

auditors for the Local Fund Audit Department by the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate

Services Selection Commission at Lok Bhavan on Monday.

Speaking

at an event in Lucknow, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stated that corruption

in employment has been eliminated, and appointments are now made exclusively on

the basis of merit. He criticized prior governments, claiming that appointments

were rigged in the past, but that they are now made with openness and

accountability. CM Yogi emphasized that appointments are now selected only on

the basis of merit, not via corruption. The Chief Minister stated that more

than 9 lakh jobs have been generated in Uttar Pradesh since 2017. CM Yogi, who has taken a strong stance

against criminals and corrupt activities, stated that the mafia rule is no

longer in effect and that the rule of law has been restored. The Chief Minister

informed the young that the recruiting procedure is now entirely transparent,

and only qualified individuals are given opportunity.

He

said that earlier, lists were sent to the recruitment board from many places.

Meanwhile, the chairman of the recruitment board would prepare his own list in

proportion to the list, resulting in nothing being left. This system has ended,

and meritorious students are being respected and given jobs. Now, people from

every caste and community have been selected. A Sardar from Gorakhpur has also

become an auditor. The Chief Minister said that a Muslim girl from Lucknow has

been selected. This is proof that there has been no discrimination of any kind.

Congratulations to the board for this. Any qualified youth will get a job, and

the unqualified will not succeed.

A

large number of girls received appointment letters: Chief Minister Yogi

Adityanath said that a large number of girls received appointment letters. This

proves that girls are second to none and must be given their rights under all

circumstances. No matter how much opposition one may raise, no one can hold

girls back.

Earlier,

UP CM stated in a post on X, “Today, another important chapter is being added

to the fulfillment of the resolve for good governance and a transparent

selection process. Appointment letters will be provided to the newly selected

auditors for the Cooperative Societies and Panchayat Audit Department and the

Local Fund Audit Department by the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection

Commission. This step will further strengthen financial discipline, a

transparent accounting system, and accountable governance. Heartiest

congratulations to all the newly selected auditors.”
