May (HS): In a shocking revelation in the NEET-UG paper leakage case, the son
of main accused Shivraj Motegaonkar, admitted that his father leaked the paper
for his admission to MBBS course in a reputed medical college. CBI during
investigation considers Shivjay Motegaonkar’s son as the primary witness in the
case. Shivraj Motegaonkar who runs Renukai Coaching Centre with its branches
spread all over the state, was arrested in connection with the paper leakage
case. His son, a minor, was interrogated
in Pune.
During
interrogation he stated that he was given question paper in Physics, Chemistry
and Biology ten days in advance of the examination date. His statement has put
Shivraj Motegaonkar in difficult situation. His deposition can be the important
the concrete evidence against Motegaonkar in the court.
Many
prominent persons are connected with the paper leakage case. A paediatrician Dr
Shirure is one of the main suspect in the case. He is suspected to have
purchased the question papers for his son. CBI is examining and collecting
digital evidence, including mobile chats and handwritten papers.
