Gadchiroli, 21 May (HS): Two passengers in a State

Transport bus died as the bussed veered off the road on a sharp turning and turned

on one side. Many others were injured in the accident which occurred on

Thursday morning near Murkhala (Navegaon) village. The bus was going to

Umarkhed from Gadchiroli.

According to Gadchiroli Bus Depot the bus number MH

14, 0714 departed from Gadchiroli at 7.15 am on Thursday carrying about 50

passengers. Besides two deceased two travellers including a one-year-old child

were seriously injured.

The villagers rushed to the accident site and

shifted the injured to the District General Hospital. They also enquired about

the passengers’ relatives and informed them about the accident.
