The new branch features a digital and automated locker system, offering customers greater security and ease of access. It includes multi-layered security, sensor-based protection, and a centrally monitored vault, with the distinctive feature of 24×7 locker access. The branch was inaugurated by M Nagaraju, with Bank's MD Amitabh Chaudhry and Executive Director Munish Sharda also present.

Demand for bank lockers is surging across the country, particularly in metro and major cities. Estimates suggest that by 2030, approximately 6 crore people will require bank lockers, while currently only about 60 lakh are available. This highlights a significant gap between demand and supply.
