The domestic bullion market is witnessing a sharp downward trend today. In most bullion markets across the country, gold has become cheaper by Rs 4,070 to Rs 4,440 per 10 grams. Along with gold, silver prices have also declined by up to Rs 10,000 per kilogram during today’s trading session.
Due to weakness in domestic spot gold prices, 24-carat gold is trading in most parts of the country today in the range of Rs 1,57,900 per 10 grams to Rs 1,61,070 per 10 grams. Similarly, 22-carat gold is being sold between Rs 1,44,740 per 10 grams and Rs 1,47,640 per 10 grams.
Silver too has weakened for the second consecutive day, with the precious metal trading at Rs 2,89,900 per kilogram in the Delhi bullion market today. In the international market, spot gold has fallen by 1.02 per cent to $4,548.46 per ounce. Silver is also trading at $78.21 per ounce in global markets today.
In Delhi, 24-carat gold is trading at Rs 1,58,050 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold is priced at Rs 1,44,890 per 10 grams. In Mumbai, 24-carat gold is being sold at Rs 1,57,900 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at Rs 1,44,740 per 10 grams. In Ahmedabad, the retail price of 24-carat gold stands at Rs 1,57,950 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at Rs 1,44,790 per 10 grams.

In Kolkata, 24-carat gold is trading at Rs 1,57,900 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at Rs 1,44,740 per 10 grams. In Bhopal, 24-carat gold is priced at Rs 1,57,950 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold is being sold at Rs 1,44,790 per 10 grams.
In Jaipur, 24-carat gold is being sold at Rs 1,58,050 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at Rs 1,44,890 per 10 grams. In Patna, 24-carat gold is priced at Rs 1,57,950 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold is trading at Rs 1,44,790 per 10 grams. In the Lucknow bullion market, 24-carat gold is trading at Rs 1,58,050 per 10 grams today and 22-carat gold at Rs 1,44,890 per 10 grams.
Like other states in the country, bullion markets in Karnataka, Telangana and Odisha are also showing a strong downward trend in gold prices today. In the capitals of these three states — Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Bhubaneswar — 24-carat gold is trading at Rs 1,57,900 per 10 grams. Similarly, in the bullion markets of these three cities, 22-carat gold is being sold at Rs 1,44,740 per 10 grams.
