Nagpur’s Dr Vedprakash Mishra, Chief Advisor of Datta Meghe Institute of

Medical Education and Research (Deemed to be University), Wardha, and Chief Advisor

to Chancellor, Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (Deemed to be University),

Karad, has been appointed as Head of the National Experts Panel formed by the

National Medical Commission, New Delhi. The notification to this effect by the

NMC on May 12.

The other

members of the Experts Panel include Dr Vivek Saoji, VC of Bharati University,

Pune; Dr Purnima Barua, Professor in Microbiology and Medical Superintendent,

Medical College, Guwahati; Dr R Krishnamohan, VC of Panimalar Medical College,

Chennai; and Jego Ori, member, Undergraduate Medical Education Board, National

Medical Commission.
