15 May (HS): Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and
Sciences (SHUATS), Prayagraj is proud to announce that the University has
received prestigious recognition under the Technology Identification category
during the AICRP on Seed (Crops), 2025 organized by ICAR–National Institute of
Seed Science and Technology at Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural
Sciences and Technology of Jammu.
The
technology titled: “Optimization of aperture size of bottom/grading sieves for
processing of new crop varieties” has been officially identified and
recommended for release during the 40th Annual Group Meeting of AICRP on Seed
(Crops), 2025.
The
University extends special congratulations and recognition to Dr. Prashant
Kumar Rai for his valuable contribution to this significant research in seed
technology and crop seed processing. This remarkable achievement reflects the
continuous commitment of SHUATS towards excellence in agricultural innovation,
advanced seed science research, and meaningful scientific contributions at the
national level. The recognition further strengthens the University’s role in
promoting sustainable agricultural technologies for the benefit of farmers and
the agricultural sector across the country.
