
New Delhi, 30 April (H.S.): Shares of Adisoft Tech, an industrial automation solutions provider, made a robust entry into the stock market today, delighting its IPO investors. The company's shares were issued at ₹172 under the IPO. They listed today on the NSE SME platform at ₹205—a 19.19% premium—before surging to the upper circuit level of ₹215.25 on robust buying support. This delivered IPO investors a first-day gain of ₹43.25 per share, or 25.15%.
Adisoft Tech's ₹74.10 crore IPO was open for subscription from April 23 to 27. It received overwhelming investor response, getting subscribed 77.45 times overall. The portion reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) was subscribed 98.23 times, while Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) subscribed their quota 120.16 times. Retail investors' reserved portion saw 47.27 times subscription. The IPO involved issuing 43.08 lakh fresh shares of ₹10 face value each. Proceeds will fund a new factory unit, debt repayment, working capital needs, and general corporate purposes.
According to claims in the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) filed with capital markets regulator SEBI, Adisoft Tech's financial health has strengthened consistently. Net profit rose from ₹6.08 crore in FY 2022-23 to ₹11.76 crore in FY 2023-24, then jumped to ₹16.11 crore in FY 2024-25. For FY 2025-26 (April 1 to October 31, 2025), it reported ₹3.74 crore in net profit.
Revenue growth mirrored this trend. Total revenue climbed from ₹76.15 crore in FY 2022-23 to ₹104.14 crore in FY 2023-24 and ₹133.02 crore in FY 2024-25. In the first seven months of FY 2025-26, revenue stood at ₹55.71 crore.
Debt levels rose steadily during this period. Borrowings were ₹10.08 crore at the end of FY 2022-23, increasing to ₹18.13 crore in FY 2023-24 and ₹28.42 crore in FY 2024-25. By October 31, 2025, debt had eased to ₹19.68 crore.
Reserves and surplus also expanded—from ₹21.37 crore in FY 2022-23 to ₹33.13 crore in FY 2023-24 and ₹49.24 crore in FY 2024-25. As of October 31, 2025, they reached ₹41.02 crore.
EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) grew from ₹8.32 crore in FY 2022-23 to ₹16.06 crore in FY 2023-24 and ₹21.66 crore in FY 2024-25. For April-October 2025, it was ₹5.91 crore.
