New Delhi, 03 April (H.S.):

Domestic stock markets are closed today due to Good Friday. Additionally, trading will remain shut this Saturday and Sunday owing to the weekly holiday. The next trading session will commence on Monday, the first day of the coming week.

On the occasion of Good Friday, both major indices on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) will observe a complete halt in trading. With the weekend following immediately after, the markets will experience a three-day break in succession.

Furthermore, no trading activity will occur today across all segments, including equity, equity derivatives, SLB (Securities Lending and Borrowing), currency derivatives, and interest rate derivatives—meaning the exchanges will be fully closed for the entire day.

The domestic stock markets will reopen for the next trading session on Monday, April 6, at 9:15 a.m.
