Kolkata, 29 April (H.S.): Former Indian cricketer Sourav Ganguly believes identifying a single frontrunner in IPL 2026 is difficult, given the exceptional form shown by several teams this season.
Ganguly and his wife Dona cast their votes Wednesday during the second phase of West Bengal Assembly Elections 2026 at a South 24 Parganas polling station. Addressing journalists afterward, he shared his IPL assessment: Many teams are excelling this time—it's hard to pick one favorite. Punjab Kings, Rajasthan Royals, and Royal Challengers Bengaluru are all performing strongly. With 7-8 matches played each, half the tournament remains.
