Hyderabad, 27 April (H.S.): In a significant initiative to recognise the contributions of women across diverse sectors, the Nari Shakti Awards 2026 have been announced under the ‘Bharat Ke Anmol’ initiative in association with Goadh Foundation. The awards ceremony is scheduled to be held in the first week of June 2026 in Hyderabad.

The awards aim to honour distinguished and emerging women achievers who have demonstrated excellence, leadership and social impact in their respective fields. The organisers stated that the initiative seeks to provide a national platform to acknowledge and celebrate the role of women in shaping society through their professional achievements and community contributions.

Nominations and self-nominations have been invited from across the country. Women from various fields including business, healthcare, education, social work, arts and culture, beauty and wellness, journalism, and public life are eligible to apply. The organisers emphasised that the awards are open to individuals who have made meaningful contributions and created a positive impact in their respective domains.

According to the organisers, the awards are designed not only to recognise achievements but also to highlight inspiring journeys that reflect resilience, innovation and commitment. The initiative is expected to encourage greater participation of women in leadership roles and community development activities.

A structured multi-stage selection process will be followed. All nominations will be reviewed by a designated selection committee, after which shortlisted candidates will be evaluated before the final awardees are selected.

As part of the programme, each awardee will be presented through a professionally produced short profile video, which will be showcased during the ceremony, highlighting their work and contributions.

The ‘Bharat Ke Anmol’ initiative, founded by Dr Mohammad Nizamuddin, focuses on recognising individuals who contribute meaningfully to society. Continuing a legacy rooted in public service, Dr Nizamuddin draws inspiration from his father, a freedom fighter who was deeply committed to societal welfare and national service. Carrying forward these values, he has dedicated his efforts to promoting education, equality and support for vulnerable sections of society. His work reflects a continued commitment to social justice, human dignity and community upliftment.

Under his leadership, the initiative seeks to identify and honour individuals whose contributions create a meaningful impact on society.

The awards ceremony is expected to witness participation from eminent personalities, professionals and representatives from various sectors.

Interested candidates have been invited to submit their profiles, achievements and contact details for consideration. Nominations can be sent via email at goadhfoundation@gmail.com or through WhatsApp at 7868878688.

The organisers stated that the Nari Shakti Awards 2026 aim to bring together voices from across the country to celebrate the strength, achievements and leadership of women, while reinforcing the vision of empowerment, inclusion and equal opportunity.
