India's domestic bullion markets opened with robust gains on Thursday, as gold prices surged by ₹1,300 to ₹1,420 per 10 grams in early trading. Silver followed suit, climbing ₹11,800 per kilogram, reflecting heightened investor sentiment amid global cues.

Internationally, spot gold advanced 0.63% to $4,820.45 per ounce, while silver traded at $78.61 per ounce, bolstering the domestic rally. This uptick propelled 24-carat gold to trade between ₹1,55,360 and ₹1,56,230 per 10 grams across major markets, with 22-carat gold ranging from ₹1,42,410 to ₹1,43,300 per 10 grams. Silver, meanwhile, reached ₹2,70,100 per kilogram in Delhi's bullion hub.

City-wise, Delhi saw 24-carat gold at ₹1,55,510 and 22-carat at ₹1,42,560 per 10 grams. Mumbai quoted 24-carat at ₹1,55,360 and 22-carat at ₹1,42,410; Ahmedabad at ₹1,55,410 and ₹1,42,460 respectively. Chennai led with 24-carat at ₹1,56,230 and 22-carat at ₹1,43,300, while Kolkata and Bengaluru mirrored Mumbai's levels at ₹1,55,360 and ₹1,42,410.

Bhopal and Patna both recorded 24-carat at ₹1,55,410 and 22-carat at ₹1,42,460; Lucknow and Jaipur hit ₹1,55,510 and ₹1,42,560. Strength persisted in southern and eastern states, with Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Bhubaneswar aligning at ₹1,55,360 for 24-carat and ₹1,42,410 for 22-carat gold.

These gains signal sustained momentum in regional markets, driven by festive demand and global factors.
