Shares of Emiac Technologies Limited, a vanguard in digital market solutions, marked a triumphant premium ingress into the stock market today, gladdening its IPO subscribers with immediate gains. Issued at ₹98 per share through the IPO, the stock premiered on the BSE SME platform at a 10% premium, touching ₹107.80, and surged further to ₹109 amid robust buying momentum post-listing.

Profit-taking ensued thereafter, tempering the ascent modestly; by 10:23 AM, the scrip traded at ₹109, conferring an 11.22% bounty on IPO investors thus far.

The ₹31.75 crore IPO, unfurled for subscription from March 27 to April 8, garnered a respectable average response, achieving 3.22 times oversubscription overall. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion (ex-anchors) subscribed 1.02 times; Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) at 4.96 times; and Retail Investors at 3.74 times. It comprised a fresh issue of 32.40 lakh equity shares at ₹10 face value, proceeds earmarked for procuring computers and laptops, branding and marketing, augmenting working capital, and general corporate objectives.

Emiac's financial trajectory evinces robust fortification, per its SEBI-filed Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP). Net profit escalated from ₹39 lakh in FY23 to ₹84 lakh in FY24, vaulting to ₹4.22 crore in FY25; H1 FY26 (April-September 2025) yielded ₹4.55 crore. Revenue burgeoned from ₹2.95 crore (FY23) to ₹5.38 crore (FY24), ₹20.06 crore (FY25), and ₹14.49 crore in H1 FY26.

Debt, erstwhile negligible—nil in FY23-24, ₹1 lakh by FY25 end—swelled to ₹1.30 crore in H1 FY26. Net worth ascended from ₹47 lakh (FY23) to ₹1.31 crore (FY24), ₹9.03 crore (FY25), and ₹13.57 crore (H1 FY26). Reserves and surplus climbed from ₹46 lakh (FY23) to ₹1.30 crore (FY24), ₹7.32 crore (FY25), though dipped to ₹4.57 crore in H1 FY26. EBITDA soared from ₹60 lakh (FY23) to ₹1.24 crore (FY24), ₹5.92 crore (FY25), and ₹6.19 crore (H1 FY26).
