The domestic bullion market witnessed a modest softening in gold and silver prices during early trading today. This decline has positioned 24-carat gold across most Indian bullion markets between ₹1,52,830 and ₹1,53,810 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold trades from ₹1,40,090 to ₹1,40,990 per 10 grams. Silver, similarly subdued, commands ₹2,59,900 per kilogram in the Delhi bullion mart.
In Delhi, 24-carat gold quotes at ₹1,52,980 per 10 grams, with 22-carat at ₹1,40,240. Mumbai mirrors this at ₹1,52,830 (24-carat) and ₹1,40,090 (22-carat) per 10 grams; Ahmedabad at ₹1,52,880 and ₹1,40,140 respectively.
Chennai records 24-carat at ₹1,53,810 and 22-carat at ₹1,40,990 per 10 grams; Kolkata aligns with Mumbai at ₹1,52,830 and ₹1,40,090. Bhopal stands at ₹1,52,880 (24-carat) and ₹1,40,140 (22-carat).
Lucknow trades 24-carat gold at ₹1,52,980 and 22-carat at ₹1,40,240 per 10 grams; Patna and Jaipur echo Bhopal and
Delhi levels precisely.
Karnataka, Telangana, and Odisha markets—encompassing Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Bhubaneswar—uniformly peg 24-carat at ₹1,52,830 and 22-carat at ₹1,40,090 per 10 grams, underscoring the pervasive bearish tilt nationwide.
