The upcoming trading week, commencing Monday, April 13, will witness modest activity in the primary market. Precisely two companies are slated to unveil their Initial Public Offerings (IPOs): one in the mainboard segment and the other in the SME category.
Investors can also place bids in two ongoing IPOs during this period. Regarding new listings on the stock exchanges, a pair of companies—both from the SME segment—will make their debut on the same day.
On the week's final trading day, April 17, Citius Transnet Investment Trust's ₹1,340 crore IPO will open for subscription, remaining available until April 21. The price band and lot size are yet to be finalized. Post-closure, allotment is scheduled for April 22, with demat credits on April 23, and shares tentatively listing on BSE and NSE on April 24.
Simultaneously, on April 17, Mehul Telecom's SME IPO will launch, accepting bids until April 21. Details on issue size, price band, and lot size remain pending. Allotment follows on April 22, demat credits on April 23, and listing on BSE's SME platform on April 24.
Beyond these, Om Power Transmission's ₹150.06 crore IPO, opened last week on April 9, will close tomorrow, Monday. It carries a price band of ₹166-175 per share with a lot size of 85 shares. Allotment is expected in April, with listing on BSE and NSE potentially on April 17. The issue has garnered 71% subscription thus far.
Likewise, Propshare Celestia's ₹244.65 crore IPO, which opened on April 10, accepts applications until April 16. The price band stands at ₹10 lakh to ₹10.50 lakh per share, issuing 2,330 fresh shares. Listing on BSE may occur on April 24, with 47% subscription achieved so far.
Shifting to listings, two SME IPOs will debut on the week's first trading day, April 13, on BSE's SME platform: Emiac Technologies and Safety Controls & Devices. Emiac Technologies' ₹31.75 crore IPO was subscribed 3.22 times, while Safety Controls & Devices' ₹48 crore issue secured 1.28 times oversubscription.
