Guwahati, 11 April (HS): A youth was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Guwahati on Saturday, triggering panic in the area. The body was recovered from the rear side of Rudraksh Mall located in Bhangagarh.

The deceased has been identified as Siddhant Das, a resident of Sonapur on the outskirts of the city. Preliminary information suggests that he may have fallen from the seventh floor of the mall, leading to his death.

Upon receiving information, police rushed to the spot and took the body into custody. It has been sent for post-mortem to Gauhati Medical College and Hospital.

Police have intensified the investigation and are examining all possible angles to ascertain the exact cause of the incident.---------
