Tinsukia (Assam), 11 April (HS): Panic gripped the Raidang Tea Garden in Doomdooma after a tiger reportedly strayed into the area, triggering fear among workers and residents.

According to sources, a tea garden worker was injured after being attacked by the wild animal. The injured worker was immediately rushed to a nearby medical facility for treatment.

Forest officials and local authorities have been alerted, and efforts are underway to trace and drive the tiger back into the forest. Security measures have also been intensified in the area to prevent further incidents.------------
