Tehran/Kuwait City/Beirut/Baghdad , 31 March (H.S.): US and Israeli forces hammered Iran's historic city of Isfahan home to 23 million people and Badr military airbase with powerful explosions lighting up the sky through early morning.

Kuwait Petroleum Corporation reported Iran's strike ignited the massive Al-Salmi oil tanker at Dubai port warning of potential oil spills while Hezbollah claimed drone swarms on an Israeli outpost in Misgav Am and a guided missile hit destroying a Merkava tank between Al-Qantara and Taybeh in south Lebanon.

Industrial Heartland Targeted

Al Jazeera eyewitness videos showed blasts in Isfahan Iran's third-largest city and cultural hub hosting textile steel mills Natanz nuclear site and missile factories eyewitnesses said.

Iraq's Popular Mobilization Forces reported US-Israeli airstrikes on two bases in Babil's Jurf al-Nasr sector hitting the 45th Brigade thrice and Anbar's Al-Karma targeting the 31st Brigade while Kurdistan foiled attacks on Sulaimaniya.
