Tehran, 16 March (H.S.): The flames of war between Iran, Israel, and the United States have surged into their third week, with Tehran unleashing missile and drone barrages on American airbases in Kuwait, the UAE, and beyond, while Israeli jets pummeled southern Lebanon in retaliation.

Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) navy executed four coordinated missile and drone assaults before dawn on Sunday, targeting command centers, air traffic control towers, and air defense installations at four U.S. airbases, according to Al Jazeera reports citing IRGC statements.

Satellite imagery purportedly reveals extensive damage to these facilities, including Al Dhafra in the UAE and Ali Al Salem in Kuwait, as part of Tehran's escalating True Promise 4 operation.

Iran also struck sites in Qatar, Bahrain, and other Gulf hosts of U.S. forces, heightening regional volatility.

In response, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) conducted airstrikes across southern Lebanon, zeroing in on Nabatieh district's Jubadin city, as well as Hanin, Kafr, Aita al-Shaab, and Yater, Lebanon's National News Agency reported. These operations aimed to dismantle Hezbollah infrastructure, amid claims linking the group to a recent Michigan synagogue attack—where the perpetrator's brother, a Hezbollah commander named Ibrahim, was killed last week in an IDF strike on a militant site.

The barrages caused widespread destruction, fires, and civilian disruptions in the targeted villages.
