New Delhi, 16 March (H.S.): GSP Crop Science, an agrochemical specialist, launched its ₹400 crore initial public offering today, marking a key entry into public markets with subscriptions open until March 18.Priced at a band of ₹304 to ₹320 per share (face value ₹10), the book-built issue comprises a fresh issuance of 75 lakh shares worth ₹240 crore and an offer-for-sale of 50 lakh shares aggregating ₹160 crore.

Retail investors can bid for a minimum lot of 46 shares requiring ₹14,720 at the upper band, up to 13 lots (598 shares) for ₹1,91,360; qualified institutional buyers hold 50% quota, retail 35%, and non-institutional 15%.

Allotment finalizes on March 20, with demat credit on March 23 and tentative listing on BSE and NSE on March 24. Equirus Capital serves as book-running lead manager, and MUFG Intime India as registrar.

The firm's net profit surged from ₹17.57 crore in FY23 to ₹55.54 crore in FY24 and ₹81.42 crore in FY25, with H1 FY26 (April-September 2025) already at ₹81.07 crore. Revenue dipped slightly to ₹1,158.23 crore in FY24 from ₹1,206.05 crore in FY23 before rebounding to ₹1,301.06 crore in FY25 and ₹847.61 crore in H1 FY26.

Debt fluctuated from ₹324.26 crore (FY23 end) to ₹235.44 crore (FY24), ₹296.60 crore (FY25), and ₹321.13 crore (H1 FY26), while reserves and surplus climbed steadily to ₹490.84 crore by September 2025. EBITDA mirrored growth, rising from ₹81.28 crore (FY23) to ₹130.41 crore (FY24), ₹164.03 crore (FY25), and ₹138.86 crore (H1 FY26).
