The incident, described by the Dubai Media Office as a drone-related event impacting a fuel tank in the airport's vicinity, prompted an immediate deployment of firefighting units.
Officials confirmed that responders extinguished the flames efficiently, activating comprehensive safety protocols to shield residents, workers, and aviation operations. No injuries were reported, a testament to the precision and preparedness of the civil defence apparatus.
