
New Delhi, 27 February (H.S.): Sanskskar Bharti, in collaboration with the Delhi government, will host the third edition of the two-day Delhi Kala Utsav cultural extravaganza on February 28 and March 1 at Rabindra Bhawan in Mandi House.The festival aims to showcase India's diverse artistic traditions, heritage, and customs on a single platform, blending renowned performers with emerging talents.
Dedicated to preserving and promoting Indian arts, the event features classical and folk dances, music recitals, theatrical plays, poetry recitals, painting and sculpture exhibitions, alongside traditional crafts.
Highlights include puppetry, bioscope shows, pottery displays, folk artisans' works, bahuroopiya performances, magic acts, lacquer bangles, and lively folk artist presentations, complemented by book stalls.
Special attractions this year encompass authentic Delhi-6 street foods at nominal fees, allowing visitors to savor historic flavors alongside cultural immersion.Running daily from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, the utsav promises a festive prelude to Holi, offering families, students, and art enthusiasts an enriching encounter with India's vibrant cultural tapestry.
