Prayagraj,
25 Feb (HS): Uttar Pradesh government's Cabinet Minister of Jal Shakti
Department and District In-charge Minister Swatantra Dev Singh arrived in
Prayagraj. On this occasion, BJP workers welcomed him in the auditorium of
Chandrashekhar Azad Circuit House. During this, he attended the core committee
meeting scheduled by the organization and discussed organizational work. In
particular, he took information from the public representatives present about
the work done under the SIR campaign. BJP spokesperson Rajesh Kesarwani said
that after the meeting, Minister In-charge Swatantra Dev Singh met the workers
at the Circuit House and while giving advance greetings of Holi, said that
there should be no rest until the work of SIR campaign is completed.
He
said that the 2027 legislative elections are not far away and our only goal
should be to make the lotus bloom. For this, all workers must go among the
public and discuss the achievements of the Bharatiya Janata Party's
double-engine government. He said that like in 2017 and 2022, the lotus will
bloom with a huge majority in 2027 as well, and Akhilesh Yadav's dream of
gaining power will be like Mungerilal's dream. Regarding the semi-nude protest
by the Congress during the AI Summit, he said that the extremely poor protest
by Youth Congress workers by stripping off their clothes at the AI Summit was
not at all against the India-US trade agreement. In fact, this protest was to
show the condition of the Congress party and how far Modi has taken his party
(Congress) since becoming Prime Minister in 2014.
On
this occasion, those who welcomed the Minister in charge Swatantra Dev Singh
included Regional Vice President Awadhesh Chandra Gupta, BJP Metropolitan
President Sanjay Gupta, Mayor Ganesh Kesarwani, MLA Harsh Vardhan Vajpayee,
Deepak Patel, Rajmani Kol, Piyush Ranjan Nishad, MLC KP Srivastava, Ganga Par
District President Nirmala Paswan, Yamuna Par District President Rajesh Shukla,
Rajesh Kesarwani, Vivek Agarwal, Pramod Modi, Vijay Srivastava, and other BJP officials
and workers.
