
Nagpur, 25 Feb
(HS): The Maharashtra Government has hiked Dearness Allowance for the
government and other eligible employees by 3 per cent, from 55 percent to 58
percent. The decision to raise the DA was announced by the Minister of State
for Finance and Planning Ashish Jaiwal in the Legislative Council.
The employees
will be paid the increased DA from July 2025. The revised DA is payable
according to the seventh pay commission with the salary of February 2026, and
the arrears will be paid with the salary of March 2026.
