New Delhi, 24 February (H.S.): The Delhi High Court granted interim relief to singer Jubin Nautiyal Tuesday, restraining unauthorized use of content linked to his personality rights across links, videos, websites, and mobile apps.

Justice Tushar Rao Gadella's bench prohibited exploitation via AI, deepfakes, and machine learning tools mimicking Nautiyal's voice, style, or altered face/voice creations without permission. The February 19 hearing questioned Delhi's jurisdiction given Nautiyal's Uttarakhand residence and some respondents in Romania/UAE.

Nautiyal joins HC-protected celebrities like Kajol Devgn, Vivek Oberoi, Pawan Kalyan, Sunil Gavaskar, Salman Khan, Ajay Devgn, Jaya Bachchan, Sudhir Chaudhary, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Nagarjuna, Aishwarya Rai, Abhishek Bachchan, and Karan Johar—barring unapproved personality rights misuse.
