Separate officers deployed for Shobha Yatra, Sant Gallery

and cultural stage

Ayodhya, Nov 06 (HS): The administration has allocated

responsibilities according to different locations to ensure the smooth conduct

of the major events of Deepotsav. In view of the Vice President's arrival and

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's programs, officers have been deployed from the

airport to Shri Ram Janmabhoomi complex, Naya Ghat, Ram Katha Park and Ram Ki

Paidi. Under the revised order issued on November 5, separate magistrates have

been appointed to oversee event venues, Shobha Yatra, guest galleries and

traffic arrangements.

CDO Krishna Kumar Singh will take charge of all arrangements

at Ram Katha Park. Separate officers have been assigned responsibilities for

arrangements related to the stage, distinguished guests' gallery, saint

community and media gallery. At Ram Ki Paidi, Additional District Magistrate

Amit Kumar Bhatt will oversee the event. Here, separate officers will handle

arrangements for the CM's stage, cultural performances, the sant community gallery,

and guest seating. All activities related to the lighting of diyas will be

conducted under the leadership of ADM City and Mela Adhikari Dinesh.

Separate arrangements have also been made for the movement

of distinguished guests, from their arrival to darshan and worship, as well as

their travel to the event venues. At the airport, ADM Kaushal Kumar will handle

guests' arrival and departure. Additional Municipal Commissioner Bharat and

Deputy Collector Gajendra Singh will monitor route arrangements and law and

order from the airport via Naya Ghat to Shri Ram Janmabhoomi complex. Chief

Revenue Officer Gajendra Kumar has been assigned responsibility for Shobha

Yatra proceeding from Saket Mahavidyalaya Bandha Tiraha to Ram Katha Park.

Along with him, District Supply Officer Brijesh Kumar Mishra, District Minority

Welfare Officer Mohan Tripathi and other officers will manage arrangements

across different sections of the procession.

Given the large gathering of devotees during Deepotsav,

arrangements for traffic, parking, barricading, and movement will be crucial.

Arrangements for the convenience of devotees at Ram Ki Paidi, Saryu Aarti site

and major ghats will be monitored. ADM (Administration) Vishu Raja and SDM

Pawan Kumar Sharma will oversee all arrangements at Saryu Aarti site located at

Naya Ghat. Meanwhile, ADM Indrakant Dwivedi will oversee overall traffic

arrangements.

DM Shashank Tripathi stated, Convenience and security

of devotees and guests are the priority during Deepotsav. Responsibilities have

been assigned at all major event venues. The concerned departments have been

instructed to ensure arrangements through proper coordination so that no one

faces any inconvenience during the event.
