Jammu, 06 November (H.S.): The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered the transfer and posting of Ghulam Nabi Bhat, JKAS, Deputy Commissioner, State Taxes (Recovery), Kashmir, as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Hon’ble Minister for the School Education Department, Higher Education Department and Jal Shakti Department.
According to Government Order No. 1748-JK(GAD) of 2026, dated November 06, 2026, the transfer and posting has been made in the interest of administration and shall take effect immediately.
