Hooghly, 06 November (H.S.): A digital X-ray service has been introduced at Chandannagar Hospital in Hooghly district with the aim of providing improved healthcare facilities to patients. Chandannagar MLA Dipanjan Guha formally inaugurated the new digital X-ray machine on the hospital premises on Friday.

The introduction of the new machine is expected to make X-ray services more accessible and efficient for patients visiting the hospital. The modern digital technology will facilitate faster availability of diagnostic reports and help doctors in identifying medical conditions more effectively.

A large number of people who depend on Chandannagar Hospital for treatment are expected to benefit from the new facility. The initiative is being viewed as an important step towards strengthening government hospital infrastructure and improving healthcare services.

Doctors, healthcare workers and other dignitaries were present at the inauguration ceremony. Patients and their family members welcomed the introduction of the new service.
