Guwahati, 2 November (HS): The Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) has organised the Inter-Frontier Anti-Sabotage Check Competition 2026 at its Sector Headquarters in Rangia under the aegis of the Guwahati Frontier.

The inaugural ceremony was held on Monday at 11 am at the Administrative Building of the SSB Sector Headquarters in Rangia. Manoj Kumar, Deputy Inspector General (DIG), Sector Headquarters, Rangia, attended the programme as the chief guest.

Teams representing different SSB frontiers are participating in the three-day competition, which aims to assess and enhance the professional skills, technical expertise and efficiency of personnel in anti-sabotage checks.

The competition provides an opportunity for participating teams to demonstrate their operational preparedness and expertise in detecting and preventing sabotage-related threats.

Trophies will be awarded to the teams and participants delivering outstanding performances in the competition.-------------
