Mumbai, 02 November (H.S.): A large number of fans began gathering outside Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s residence, Mannat, in Mumbai’s Bandra locality on Monday to celebrate the actor’s 61st birthday and catch a glimpse of their favourite star.

From the early hours of the morning, admirers from different parts of the country arrived outside the actor’s residence, turning the occasion into a celebratory gathering.

In view of the growing crowd, the Mumbai Police strengthened security arrangements in the area. Additional personnel were deployed outside Mannat, barricades were installed and vehicles passing through the locality were subjected to checks. Police officers remained on the spot to regulate the crowd and maintain law and order.

Shah Rukh Khan’s birthday has become an annual celebration for his fans, many of whom travel from different parts of the country to gather outside Mannat and extend their wishes to the actor.
